“Dr. Matt”PsyD is a high energy, creative clinical psychologist and professional speaker who utilizes an eclectic approach to meet the specific needs of his neurodivergent clients. He is proud to serve the Gifted community as a consultant, a professor, an author, and a researcher. He has spoken over 400 times all over the world about supporting neurodivergent people. He is also a frequent podcast guest and can be found on many different platforms.
Dr. Zakreski graduated from Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology (IGCP) in 2016. He is the co-founder of The Neurodiversity Collective which provides therapy, IQ testing, coaching, and consulting.

Dr. Parker is a former principal and served at Posen School in Posen, IL where he improved the school climate, staff collaboration, parent engagement, and student achievement. Previous to that he was the principal of Lincoln Avenue School, a K-8 school in Dolton, IL, where he improved the culture, implemented a resilience program, managed the implementation of restorative justice, and increased attendance and student achievement. Jimmy Lee Day II, has been a band director for 15 years and has taught in the Aurora Public School District for 7 of those 15 years. In his 15 years as a music educator, Day has rebuilt three band programs under his baton in urban areas. He transformed them into award-winning programs, earning superior ratings scores from district music festivals. As a result of his effective teaching, Day was chosen to participate in the Public Education & Business Coalition and the Aurora Public School Mentoring Community of Practice as a mentor. He was also asked to serve on the Music Advisory Committee for the Aurora Public School District. Day is passionate about meeting students where they are and teaching them life skills and music skills to help them grow as a person and musician. This approach allows him to set high, but attainable expectations that students can feel proud about accomplishing.

Joël began his career in education in 1997. He has worked as a science and chemistry teacher at the intermediate and secondary level and has been a school principal since 2006. From 2014 to 2018, Joël was on detachment from his school board as a Pedagogical Leader at CFORP, serving the 12 French school boards of the province of Ontario in Canada, as well as various educational partners. As a leadership coach, he worked with school principals to help develop their leadership skills and board-level pedagogical teams regarding leading, teaching and learning in the digital age. Joël was the principal and the School Efficacy Leader at Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario until recently.
He is the founder of Inspire Leadership Coaching and hosts 2 podcasts: Inspire Leadership Podcast and This Is Leadership Podcast.
