Erin E.H. Austin is a National Board Certified French teacher in Colorado. She began her teaching career in Minnesota in 2002, and she holds a B.A. in both French and Art Education, a M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction, and graduate certificates in French Studies and Gifted, Creative, & Talented Education. She was a NEA Foundation Global Learning Fellow in 2018 and now presents nationally on global education-related topics. In addition to doing contract writing and curriculum consulting work, Ms. Austin is the author of The Ultimate Guide to Selling Your Original World Language Resources: How to Open, Fill, and Grow a Successful Online Curriculum Store (Routledge, 2021). The book is based on her experience with her own TeachersPayTeachers curriculum store, and she leads workshops to show other educators how to make money from their original resources.
In addition to the Out of the Trenches podcast, she has been a featured guest on the Leading Equity, Side Hustle School, Dr. Will Show, and Punk Rock Classrooms podcasts. Ms. Austin is currently the chair of the associate board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, an organization she has been involved in since 2005, and she sits on the board of the Abundant Yoga Community, a young non-profit in western Wisconsin whose mission is to bring yoga to those with financial or geographic barriers.

Brannon Beliso is a teacher, entrepreneur and influencer. His purpose is help companies, teams, and people live their best life. Brannon is the author of “Live, Learn, Grow” and a contributor to the internationally best seller, “Black Belt Power.” He is a Tedx Talk speaker and has traveled the world presenting workshops and speaking at Facebook, Stanford Heath Care, Lululemon, Microsoft, Barclays Global, UCSF, SF County Correctional Department, Raphael House, Century’s Martial Arts Super Show, TopKick Insights, Korean Martial Arts Association, the President’s Summit, and Kovar’s Satori Martial Arts to name a few. Brannon, also known as “Professor,” is an 8th degree black belt and the owner of One Martial Arts in San Francisco and Millbrae.
His reputation spans fifty years as a student, instructor, competitor, and innovator of award-winning life skills, kickboxing, and martial arts programs. Brannon practices Kenpo Karate and has also trained in Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Arnis, Boxing, and Kickboxing. He has competed in and won over 100 major competitions. Brannon was a recording artist in the Philippines with three top ten hits. He has been featured on Evening Magazine, CBS Morning News, KRON 4 Health, Dojo Nation Times and Martial Arts Success Magazine. Barbara Bray is a creative learning strategist, teacher, podcast host, author, coach, speaker, and difference-maker. She has been on a mission for over 30 years to transform teaching so learning is more authentic and meaningful. Barbara is the owner/founder of Computer Strategies, LLC doing business as Rethinking Learning and My eCoach, a coaching platform, past co-founder of Personalize Learning, LLC, and the co-author of Make Learning Personal and How to Personalize Learning. Barbara believed that it was the stories that connected all of us. In 2017, she started her Rethinking Learning podcast and the #rethink_learning Twitter chat to take stories and connections deeper.
Barbara always believed the stories were all about defining who we are and why we are here. Barbara developed activities and presentations for participants to discover or rediscover their WHY. Barbara collected the activities and stories from 25 inspirational educators and entrepreneurs for her book, Define Your Why: Own Your Story So You can Live and Learn on Purpose. She tells about her journey of why it's important to own your story and not rent someone else's story for your life. Since the pandemic, she has been coaching and doing presentations, keynotes, workshops, and speaking on redefining and growing your WHY during uncertain times, creating courses on empowering learner agency, and disrupting the status quo.

Carla Meyrink is the director and co-founder of The Community for Learning, an international school in the Dominican Republic. For the past thirty-two years, she has worked as a secondary language arts teacher, an academic coach, and school director. She presents workshops on new initiatives in education, including restorative practices, student-led learning, coaching, and leadership skills. Her work on inquiry-based professional development has been highlighted in Edutopia. She has presented at AMLE 2020, the Virginia ASCD 2020 annual conference, the Equity and Anti-Bias Conference 2021, and others. Melissa Wright is a passionate educator driven to help schools create a place where students belong and everyone feels like they matter. Melissa is the current president of the New Brunswick Student Leadership association and a co-chair of the 2022 Canadian Student Leadership conference. She is also a mathematics teacher at Kennebecasis Valley High School, in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada and is the Jostens Renaissance co-advisor at her school. Melissa shares her knowledge and experiences with students and educators alike. Mark Kronenberg is a passionate math educator, small business owner and tutor. He has had a life-long love of learning and teaching math. Mark founded MATH 1-2-3®, which specializes in private and group home math tutoring and test preparation, over twenty-five years ago. In his career, Mark has taught math in public, private school and faith-based schools. He has taught and tutored hundreds of students, seen math education trends come and go and has always enjoyed helping students gain confidence and competence in math. Mark holds a dual degree in Math & Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master's Degree in Applied Statistics & Decision-Making from Fordham University's 's Graduate School of Business.

Latrese D. Younger has over fourteen years of education experience across several different school districts. She began her journey as an English Language Arts teacher in Dinwiddie County, VA, which she credits with firming her foundation in education excellence. Throughout her career, she has taught ELA for grades 6-12. She is currently an AP at the high school level. Mrs. Younger currently serves the students of Patrick Henry High School. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Virginia State University and a Master of Educational Leadership with a concentration in Technology Education from Strayer University Henrico Campus. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership & Policy from Virginia Tech University (2024). She is a writer, Virginia Teachers of English (VATE) board member, and Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit, Black Women Education Leaders, Inc (BWEL).

Rae Hughart is the Executive Director of the Association of Middle-Grade Schools, CXO for the Teach Better Team, TEDx Speaker, Educator, and author of “Teachers Deserve It” and “Teach Better” books. Growing up with IEP support after being diagnosed SLD in Reading, Writing, and Math, Rae has worked with other educators and districts on designing mastery learning classrooms nationwide to reach all learners. Rae continues to facilitate rich discussions with educators around mastering personalized learning, providing targeted student-focused feedback, and the impact of incorporating purpose into student daily learning. Through building partnerships with local businesses, Rae continues to support educators in designing dynamic, impactful, effective, and connected content - showing the impact of teaching beyond the four walls of a classroom and altering a community into an authentic resource for developing leaders.
After being inducted into The Illinois State University Hall of Fame in 2017, Rae was awarded the 2018 First Place Henry Ford Teacher Innovator Award for her innovative educational impact through the Teach Further Model. In 2021, Rae Hughart presented on the TEDx stage challenging educators, students, and community members to consider progressive, data supported practices to further 21st century learners.
